“This is my fifth pair of insoles from 10 Seconds. They help my knees get through the day. I used to buy them at the pharmacy on the Outer Banks until I moved to FL. Now I’m glad I can order them & have them delivered to my home”

“There were measurements given on one product but not the other that I was comparing it to - identical in the pictures, so measurements were needed. (4 stars) I contacted theinsolestore and they gave me prompt, helpful service to get the measurements and make my decision (5 stars).”

“Order was placed on Sep 26, still waiting for package. No notification that the package has been shipped however credit card has been charged. So far, not happy with service. The company responded to my review immediately and resent a new package in it's place. They monitor the delivery and I received with the week of my Sep 26 review.”

With it having been almost three weeks since your package shipped out, it is safe to assume that your package was lost in transit when being transferred over to customs.
