I purchased the Form Memory Foam insoles just before leaving on a trip. I promptly received my order. Prior to buying these insoles, I lived in my Oofos flip flops. I wanted to be able to wear tennis shoes without pain and these insoles did that. My feet were happy.

This is my first time buying from The Insole Store. The expirience of ordering insoles was great. They arrived very quickly. Even though the product was great, I had to make an exchange which took a while. I told them about it and they were very gracious and generous in how they responded. Their attention to the client is outstanding! Thank you!

I like the webpage, but as a new customer I wasn’t able to use the 10% discount “welcome10”. I initially used my iPhone to get the code then used my iPad to purchase the insole.

The products themselves are good. They were delivered timely. The only negative was, when ordering, I was offered a 10% discount for registering my email address, etc. with the store. The discount, however, was not applied to my order when I 'checked-out'. I was not pleased with this.

The insoles I wanted were not available in my size so I had to get a different pair. Now we’ll see if I get them with no hitches. The last time I ordered from here, there were some hiccups.

I was trying to buy a similar product to what I bought from my doctors office. While the information was available on the site it was hidden and took extra effort to find what I think is the comparable product. But I will not know for sure until it arrives.

I bought my first SPENCO RX comfort insoles years ago and last month bought another brand because I couldn’t ’remember your name! What a mistake!!! My toes and heel left imprints on the cushion and didn’t provide the layer of cushioning the SPENCO has!! I won’t make that mistake again! SPENCO delivers exactly what the description states.

It was easy to find what I was looking for, and the product was on sale so the price was fair. Then they charged shipping and the price went back up to what the product cost before the discount. Just sell the product at full price, tell me your paying the shipping cost and then use the difference between what you are willing to sell it for and the non-sale price to make me feel like I am getting something for nothing.

Unfortunately, we cannot sell our final Clearance/discontinued items at full price as they are final sale - hence the reason for the discount. We are so sorry to hear that your order did not apply for our Free Shipping! Our $25 Free Shipping threshold is set at the lowest pricing point we are able to offer our customers, while still being cost effective on our end. Typically, our customers who purchase items that do not reach our $25 Free Shipping threshold and would like to qualify for Free Shipping, buy multiples of that item once a year to satisfy their need and still take advantage of our Free Shipping.
