“Refund received for 4/30 order not received. USPS claims pkg not received & shipper claimes pkg sent 4/12. Unfortunately insoles ordered are not currently in stock, but shipper was prompt in responding to my email that product was not received.”

“I'm hoping the birkos inserts work. y podiatrist says he has a pair and they work as well as molded orthotics. I will ealuate and respond as soon as I can,I shhould receive them this week according to your website.”
