They sent me the wrong size, three inches, short. Also package is sailed, but the box is open, When it arrives.

I purchased a lot of products from InsoLe You keep sending me steps after every purchase Are these accumulative? Are these Redeemable I also had some that have torn. Are these returnable?

You can sign up for a rewards account by clicking on the blue "Rewards" symbol on the bottom left of your screen on our website - this will prompt you to either create a TheInsoleStore.com account or to login to your existing account. Once your are logged in, if you click the blue Rewards button on the bottom left of your screen, you can view your current amount of Steps, Earn Points, or browse your Rewards. To redeem your rewards, select the available promotion you would like to use, this will give you a one time use coupon code that you can either copy or apply to cart during checkout. Every purchase earns you 5 Steps per $1 spent! Please be mindful that all Steps expire 6 months after being issued. I have used these inserts and arch supports for the past 5 years. For someone who has severe arthritis in feet, these products have allowed me to keep active and walk longer distances. Highly recommend!

Sherylyn (Insole Store customer service) helped me to choose the best insole (PS Pinnacle Low Insole (10-10.5 mens)) based on my podiatrist's advice.
