There is an incredibly wide range of items available. I purchased the "PowerStep" heel lifts and liked them enough to purchase one for every pair of shoes in a subsequent order. Once I peeled off the smallest layer, the 1/2 inch height perfectly corrected for my shorter leg (post knee replacment). Although they are advertised as being moveable from shoe to shoe, I would prefer a slightly more adherent bottom surface, since, in some shoes, they tend to slide forward. Order fulfillment was extremely rapid and the orders accurate.

I ordered Uggs sheepskin I soles for my 12 year old slippers and my husbands 20 year old Uggs boots. So pleased we could get a few more years of wear!

AS AN ISRAELI RESIDENT,I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM DUTIES FOR IMPORTING MERCHANDISE WITH A VALUE OF OVER $75 ,EXCLUDING SHIPPING. CONTRARY TO CUSTOM REGULATIONS;THIS SELLER CONSISTENTLY OVERVALUES THE MERCHANDISE ON CUSTOM DECLARATION FORM CN22,CAUSING THE IMPOSITION OF CUSTOM TAXES ON MY ORDER. MY RECENT ORDER WAS FOR $67.50.THE SELLER PUT A VALUE ON FORM CN22 FOR $100.THUS I HAD TO PAY TAXES OF $18.

It is currently scheduled to deliver back to our warehouse on Tuesday. If you need any further assistance, just let us know. As listed in the portal, we ask for 7-10 business days for shipping & processing of refunds.

I had bought the same kind of pad at the local drug store at a much lower price. When I placed my order with Insole, I thought I was getting a full sole, not just a ball of foot pad. I would like to return my order.
