“I would have given 5 stars but my sandals were labeled navy and were really black. Not a major deal but... They are comfortable and seem to help my heel pain for the limited time I have used them.”

“I was assisted by customer support to retrieve my 3-year-old shopping history to make the best choice over the phone. The supporting lady followed up with another internal department to send me the link for the item I wanted. With the right link, it was faster, easier, and speedier for the whole process. “Not satisfied with the amount of arch support. Layout size and the strong adhesion looks good. However, the low amount of support doesn't do much for my falling arch. The jell height needs to be at least double the amount contained, if not triple the height. I could perhaps buy two more sets to stack up to fill the area under the high arch that is needed.”

“Ordering was easy, secure, and sandals arrived timely. I usually wear size 11 but ordered these in 12 since they were on sale and they didn’t have in size 11. They fit perfect so they must run a size small.”

“I am disappointed that I cannot wear your insoles. I'm sure they are satisfactory for most people. I have very tender heels due to neuropathy. The material was too hard on my heels. I am not sorry for trying them out. I've been hunting for the right product for a long time. Your insoles are just not the right answer for me. I will be returning the insoles.”
