“My orthopedic surgeon recommended Sorbothane Women's Ultra Sole insoles to alleviate heel pain related to losing the heel's fat pads as we age. I shopped at the biggest online shopping site and had a hard time finding women's, my size, and Ultra Soles - not to be confused with Graphite, Workmans, men's sizing etc. Then I found TheInsoleStore. Very efficient and well organized. Shop insoles. By Brand Name. Sorbothane. Women's. In a few clicks, I found what I needed And the price is way better than the biggest online site. And free shipping. Fast. These folks know how to do it.”

“The insoles I purchased would not fit the shoe without being trimmed. The comfort level was poor. The warranty was void because . The insole s were used. How can I test the insoles if they don't fit the shoe. You should design exact sizes that don't have to be trimmed, so customers don't waste money. Stand behind your products”

Thank you for your feedback, Thomas. We offer producsts from several different manufacturers. Many of our products have Wear Test Guarantees, which allow the product to be tried, trimmed, etc. and still returned. The Wear Test Guarantee and length of time is listed on the product pages and set by manufacturers. We do apologize that the ProThotics did not work out for you. “This is a great product. I have dress shoes but I only had room for an extremely thin yet effective shoe insole. Lo and behold, their Ultra-Thin insoles accomplished this beautifully. I even took advantage of their Heat-Moldable feature, which made the insoles fit even better. Go Ultra-Thins!”
