“Insoles came quickly. Nice product. However I would have appreciated some kind of messaging about how to fit them into my shoe. They were size "8 to 11" and clearly much longer than my size 8 foot. I have never worn a rubbery sort of insole before, and in trying to figure out how to use them I wound up cutting the top off of one to fit it into the shoe. This was a mistake. Eventually it appears that one is intended to push the insole in (much longer than one's shoe size as it may be) and that it will somehow morph into position. Again, I wish your packaging had explained this for persons such as myself who are new to using this kind of insole.”

The insoles are trim-to-fit, and made to accommodate a women's size 8-11. You will trim the insoles down from the toes to fit them into your shoes. We recommend using the factory insole that comes in your shoe as a guide for trimming the Sof Sole Arch Performance Insoles to fit.
