“This is the second email that I have sent to you regarding my purchase of 6 Birkenstock orthodics. l received an e mail after my original first purchase. The e mail was a offering a Memorial Day Special Sale. It offered a 15% discount on the second purchase over $200.00 during the Memorial Day Special. It did'nt mention that Birkenstock products were excluded in the Memorial Day Sale.”

Thank you for your feedback, Ray! We show that one of our customer service associates answered your first email inquiry regarding this matter on 5/30/23. As stated in the email from our associate, Birkenstock products are, unfortunately, excluded from all of our sales and promotions as Birkenstock will not allow us to include their products in our sales. Our Memorial Day Sale email did highlight that Birkenstock products were not included in the sale in the Promotions Details at the bottom of the email. We highlighted all of this information in the email we sent to you. We will be reaching out to you privately to ensure this matter is handled completely. We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused on our end, and we appreciate your business!

“I had purchased some "Chuck Taylor" styled shoes from Nike because they have a flat foot bed.. and your arch inserts made them feel very similar to a Birkenstock foot bed. So far so good as I am still breaking them in. I am hoping that it helps with my foot pain which occurs when I go for a long walk.”
