“I had purchased some wool inserts several years ago from your company and they were wonderful. So needed some more and ordered. They are so much smaller and not nearly as thick as the others. So small I could not use. I even ordered two sizes. 8 and 9. My foot is 8.5. Both too small. Thank you for asking. With Regards,”
