“Shipping and communication was great. The offer of free returns with a restocking fee should be transparent. It is mentioned but in a secondary level of policy.”

“I purchased a pair of your braided flip flops and they are absolutely amazing. They are beautiful and comfortable beyond belief . I have several foot issues and have been in almost constant pain . Ever since trying these flip flops, I can finally walk in comfort and it is priceless. Realizing I can walk and not cry in pain any more with these, I have ordered several pair in four different colors . Please keep making these .”

“I worked for a Podiatrist as an assistant for 10 years. I found Superfeet to be the best shoe insert for stability. This store is great at giving the pros of each insert's support. All of us have different foot/ankle issues and they give enough information to make a good selection for each individual. If you have foot/ankle problems ---SHOP HERE!!! I'm very happy with this online store and I'm extremely grateful that there is a good place to purchase insoles.”

“The store website was pretty easy to navigate. My problem was too many choices, and I chose what turned out to be the wrong solution to my specific problem. I thought the prices were a tad high as well, BUT, since there is a liberal return policy, I was okay. You can't really go cheap on happy feet. It's hard to buy something like an insole online. I had to return my first purchases but will try again. The insoles may not have worked to do what I needed, but what didn't work was more information for what WILL work. AND I got to see that they are high quality.”

“If I wear them like sandals, they make my feet sweat. If I wear them with socks, my feet slide over the toe. Not really pleased with them.”
