“I bought 2 pair of insoles. I had no issues buying and package came in the mail. The product is ok, but not as good as I had hoped, I'll still use them for thinner shoes, not for hiking shoes.”

“I purchased the same item at a local store in a size small, box marked women's shoe size 5-7. Purchased size medium with you online box states it's for women shoe size 9-12.5. What happened to a women's size 8?? Looks like you need to correct boxes!”

“This is a class operation from the very beginning. I emailed them with a question and to my surprise heard back from customer service the very next day. The response time was impressive and I felt like they wanted my business. So I ordered. Came a few days later then ordered the exact same insoles again so I had two pair that fit perfectly. Both pairs came within 3 days to my home. Thanks for making it easy for me to find the right product and enjoy a good experience. Top notch.”
