“In appearance the insole is beautiful, however has NO strength. Your company offers exchange ONLY and no return. Sadly, cannot use product. Will never order any other products.”

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the Pedag Holiday did not work out for you. Please be advised that this is a semi-rigid orthotic, so there will be give to it. If you are looking for a fully firm insole, we would suggest one that is listed as a rigid orthotic. You can also return these as shown in the portal. In the Return Portal, you are given 3 options: Exchange for a different product, Exchange for the same product in a different color/size, and then the bottom option is a Return for refund. We went through the portal with your order, and you do indeed have the return option. If you need any assistance with the portal, just let us know.

“Shipping today is stupidly slow - but I got my insoles SO fast!! And I love them. Forget the typical store insoles. These are worth every Penny and honestly - they are no more expensive than my Dr Shools!! Love them!!”

“I recently purchased the Orthaheel shoe inserts. I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. Just after wearing them for a few days, the pain has gone from 10 to 1, almost nonexistent. So happy I ordered them, instead of the very expensive Inserts that can be purchased elsewhere.”

“Wow, so many choices! I was looking for one particular brand, but ended up buying a different kind when I found this site. Order arrived quickly, and because I read there was a 30-day guarantee of satisfaction, my husband and I used our new inserts the very next day. So happy with the support! Excellent product. The only slight criticism was that the three insoles arrived in a soft plastic bag, and the three boxes inside were fairly well flattened/crushed. It didn't harm the product inside, so we're okay. Thank goodness the insoles themselves are sturdy.”

Thank you for your feedback, Joy! We're sorry to hear that the packages were a beat up. We use poly mailer bags in order to decrease weight to allow free shipping on domestic orders over $20 USD. Unfortunately, they do sometimes get a little banged up in transit. We're glad to hear that the products are okay! We appreciate your business!
