“Shipping took longer than expected. The insoles absolutely are pathetic! Overpriced, and nothing more than hard cardboard! Nothing at all as advertised. Nothing soft about them!! Will not buy again!!”

“What I ordered, have these from the past, used this online store since moved away from the city. My foot doctor told me to purchase these and remove manufactured insoles and put these in to clear up my foot Tendonitis saying I did not need surgery. I did what he asked and with these insoles, the pain went away and has not returned. Put these in all my shoes, boots, and tennis shoes...”

“I ordered a pair of sandals from TheInsoleStore.com, without really knowing what to expect. This was my first purchase from this store and the first time trying oozoes. I was skeptical of how they would fit both men and women. TheInsoleStore.com made ordering easy and quick delivery. I only waited a couple of days to get my package. I was so excited to see how they would fit and feel on my feet. I put them on and wore them around the house. I love the arch support which seems to take pressure off the toes and heel. I plan to take them with me and wear them when I travel down south. The foam is very supportive and comfortable. I also love that they are very light weight! Once again a winner with me. Thanks!”

Do be advised that inserts do sometimes need an adhesive to stay in place since they do not take up the entire shoe. We sell one called Shoe Goo if you are interested. PowerStep products also have a 30 day Wear Test Guarantee, so we're happy to take them back for return or exchange. if you need any assistance, just let us know. We appreciate your business.

“extremely slow delivery did not get sent normal UPS which would have arrived as stated and what i had paid for - very deceptive this is the second order in placed and injabe not received either item o would like a refund for the delivery fee i paid as it was not sent via the delivery company i paid for”

Thank you for your feedback, Kim. Unfortunately, all international orders are extremely delayed due to pandemic customs procedures, of which Australia has the most strict. Both orders were indeed shipped via UPS. They are then transferred to Australia Post for local delivery. Even without the protocols in place, international orders averaged 10-14 business days for delivery. Your first order shipped 14 business days ago, and your second order shipped just 9 business days ago. Please allow extra time for destination country procedures. If you need any help following your tracking, please let us know.
