“The insoles are very comfortable. Unfortunately, my mom was unable to use them in shoes she already has. In order for the insoles to fit, my mom is forced to purchase a larger shoe size as the insoles are too bulky.”

“The insoles are comfortable enough, but they didn’t inform me that they only carry them in narrow so after I reached out they said i can send them back but they don’t carry regular width so the insoles kind of float around my shoes but I can’t find them in regular width so I suppose ill just deal with it.”

“the insoles are far too wide, just needed wide at the toebox for "Altra " shoes but I shall keep them as they are perfect at the toe and will cut down at instep to fit”

“The InsoleStore has arch supports I have been wanting. I had no trouble finding them and using the website. The Birkenstock arch supports I ordered appear to be very well made and sturdy. I am having to wear them a few hours at a time until I get used to them as they feel very stiff. I can only wear them in closed-toe shoes as they will slip out of sandals or other more open shoes. I find that inconvenient but am willing to continue working at getting used to them as I think the benefits will override the inconvenience of not being able to use them in sandals.”

“The Insole Store is the only place I found arch supports with a paper-thin forefoot. Most supports make the shoe too tight. Plus they said they would email me when the arch support was back in stock as I wanted another pair. Great service.”
