“The inserts were exactly what I was looking for. My original inserts were made several years ago by an orthopedic assistant, but then the orthopedic physician retired and his assistant went on to other employment. I have been searching ever since for the components to make the inserts and TheInsoleStore provided precisely what I needed: the basic insole and the metatarsal pads. Life is good!”

“Everything worked as I had hoped it would. Bought a set of insoles that didn't work for my foot and they exchanged them and refunded the difference as I expected. My responses about them are all positive.”

Please check your spam folders as these are automated and may have gone there. Our warehouse is located in the United States. Do be advised that international orders are delayed due to pandemic customs procedures, of which Australia has the most strict. Your order last scanned March 9th.
