Unresponsive customer service, reply once a week; have to return the shoes and have to pay for the return; shoes did not arrive on time despite paying for express delivery: customer service said they would call to confirm something and they never did.

I was initially very happy with my shoes, light, comfortable, great colour BUT After 9 months the mesh fabric has holes above my toes. I messaged customer support with photos of the issue and my original order details and received a response the next day asking me to process a refund request - so far so good. It took them a month to respond to the refund request, only to tell me the shoes were outside the 6 month warranty (a reply which could easily have been sent to my original email without wasting time and energy on a frustratingly slow system). I have been offered 20% discount towards a new pair of shoes but do not want to spend further money on a product with such poor durability. Tropicfeel this is not a sustainable product.

Servizio di consegna buono, per il resto lo sconsiglio vivamente. Sono un lavoratore studente, lo zaino per la vita quotidiana è scomodo perché a parte lo schienale è tutto in tessuto e non ha una struttura quindi si schiaccia su se stesso e non rimane in piedi quando lo appoggi in terra. Sono andato in trasferta per lavoro ed ho provato questo innovativo sistema per portare i vestiti e le magliette sono così sgualcite da essere inutilizzabili. I video dimostrativi Fanno vedere che le magliette piegate su se stesse si inseriscono bene nel loro spazzio apposito ma non è assolutamente vero. Prezzo altissimo per lo zaino che realmente è!

Poor customer service. I ordered a pair on April 9, 2022 at 11:41with express delivery for our holiday on 28 April. The tracking link they gave says it's been in Frankfurt since since 14 April 2022 (date today 23 April). I’ve messaged both their email and messenger accounts and am still waiting for a more accurate response of when they will arrive rather than ‘they will be with me soon. I also posted the question on their FB page but it's been removed.

These shoes are made of very poor materials that break down too easily. Both shoes had the heel wear down with large holes in the padding of the heel. Also, the elastic material on the top of the heel broke down too fast. Within 6 months these shoes were defective. I reached out to have the shoes replaced as per the warranty since the material was defective but was told my request was denied. I would expect that after spending such a large amount of money for these shoes the customer service would be better and more attentive. I strongly encourage you to buy elsewhere as these shoes will not last.

I ordered tropicfeel Canyon black shoes for 70€ in order to travel with them. Well, I was very suspicious in view of many comments that reported that the sole was coming off or that the shoes were not very solid... Well, I add my stone to the building by sharing my experience: the shoes tore after a short month, unfortunately I can't put the receipt as well as the photos to support my point but believe me, DO NOT BUY. I dare to hope for a FULL refund or a voucher (I do not want a return of shoes) which would show support, kindness and respect for customers. If the condition of my shoes would have deteriorated after a year, two years or more, I can still understand, but at the time I write this comment (after two months) they are completely ruined and I expect a return from the company before throwing them away. I repeat, run away. I will post this comment in several places including some where you can put supporting photos.

Never gotten my product. Still waiting, more than a year later. They say its because of issues with logistics and production, but why heavily advertise in all different media channels, do remarketing, and get more people to buy the shoes? Just focus on existing customers.

Tropicfeel thinks Law does not apply to them I purchased the Jungle shoes on 26-01-2021 they arrived on 13-01-2022 when opening the box there was a huge tear on one of the sides of one of the shoes atleast 2 cm. I send an email to Tropicfeel and supplied photos I got told that I would not be getting a refund or an exchange as there were burn marks on the photos. I looked at the photos I send and there are no burn marks, the photos that they send me were of someone with black skin (which I do not have) and showing some kind of dark mark on the shoe. I invoked the 14 day cooling off period and want to return the shoes and cancel the purchase apparently Tropicfeel thinks they are above the law and are refusing to cooperate. According to EU Law I am well within my right to ask for a refund as we are well within the 14 day cooling off period. This company has no regards for the rules and laws.

Dpm, you requested a refund for a pair of shoes with visible burn marks and a big tear that looked like damage had been done to the shoes. This is why your return request was not accepted. You then sent us different angles of the shoe as requested, avoiding the burnt area. The finger of the person in all the photos is the same person with the same nail. As a goodwill gesture, we offered a discount code, as we explained that a refund will not be possible this time. It's a real shame to read your review. Tropicfeel Team
