How can I rate something I haven't received or tried? I ordered a pair of jungle shoes n° 37 in July 2021; waited a couple of months for then getting a pair that was basically about to break (sole didn't stick with the rest of the shoe correctly) and was a size too small. I asked for a replacement (same shoes and color, just a number bigger - n°38-) and followed their instructions, sending back the pair I already received on August 4th 2021, with package and all in perfect condition. Well, it's January 2022 and I'm still waiting on this famous replacement pair... I also contacted their customer service multiple times, and their reply was always that the shoes would have been delivered the following month, but guess what? Nothing ever arrived. ... They kept my money tho! So, Tropicfeel... Could you please finally send me the shoes I paid good money for? If that's too difficult, then just give me back my money, because at this point, this company just seems like an enormous fraud.

I was so disappointed with Tropicfeel. I really wanted to support the brand as they sounded like they had such good intentions and ethics, but while I was waiting for my order which wasn't arriving I looked up reviews about the brand and I realised that an overwhelming majority of reviews were complaining about their orders arriving weeks if not months later, when they arrived at all. I ended up waiting for mine for a month and the messages I got from their customer service were promising me things that were just not happening in terms of where my order was. When I asked for a refund because of my order still not having arrived, almost immediately I received a message telling me my order had been shipped (what a coincidence!). Once I received my order I was quite disappointed with the quality of the product. It just didn't seem sturdy at all, especially the laces which are a kind of elastic fabric, and because I needed to tighten them I felt they were going to break really quickly. I ended up sending the product back because I just didn't trust that it would last and meet my needs. A real shame, I guess the brand sounded too good to be true.

Super dissapointed , after 7 months I have got my shoes yet, you guys cheated on me, I genuinely trusted you but turned out you are lacking professionalism and respect for customers. I am asking for a refund immediately and don't want to know about you never.

Today is December 10th, 2021. I ordered on April 16th and Still nothing. I sent an email asking if the order will get home by July because I was planning a trip, and you said they would… and guess what? Nothing has arrived yet. I can’t believe you guys really sent me a review form, so here is the review. Very unsatisfying experience as a customer. 7 months… 34 weeks…. 237 days until I made my order and it hasn’t arrived.

First pair got holes in them within a week, was only offered a code towards another pair, not a refund. Have yet to receive new pair. Very poor communication as I have had to be the one to initiate any in order to get any status as to where they are. Still no shoes….

Pretty bold to request a review 8 months after these shoes were purchased, 6 months after they were expected, and 13 days after an email was sent announcing that my order was being prepared with no communication since and a broken tracking link. These sneakers might be great and they might be terrible. I wonder if I will ever find out.
