I have not received my shoes yet and I ordered them many months ago. I also can not view the tracking information of my shoes being shipped.

The "slipon" system is very fragile, as soon as I put it on I felt tears, which slowly widened, then after about 6 months of use (two seasons 3+3) the front part had holes, so it was unusable. the sole is too low, almost non-existent, not suitable for long walks and less for hiking if you look on the internet there are other problems similar to mine, I contacted them and they don't give real solutions and don't take responsibility for the bad manufacture of their shoes

I have bought 2 pairs, and both, with little use are falling apart. My first pair I took on a beach holiday last month and they have 2 holes in the material, the fabric is coming away from the soles and the white sole rim around the shoe is falling apart. They are the worst durable shoes I have ever had…from a beach holiday! Imaging hiking or anything active in them! My other pair have a massive gash on the plastic tip of the shoe. Unbelievably the plastic is kinda painted on! So I have a white streak over the black plastic. They basically look rubbish now. The company doesn’t care and said tough. Do not buy these if you want to wear them anywhere except a safe pavement. Or just buy some Vans…way better and more durable then Tropic feel.

I ordered charcoal canyons and received blue jungles. Also, pay special attention to the sizing when ordering there are three sizes listed as the shoes are unisex I guess.

Schlechter Kundenservice - keine Kulanz - unflexibles Startup... nicht zu empfehlen - Schuhe haben schlechte Qualität. Retoure musste selbst bezahlt werden - trotz angeblicher kostenfreier Rücksendung.

Ordered sneakers in March 2021. It's November and nothing received but 2 emails stating Vietnam covid situation. No commitment, no customer service. But they keep sending me ads for new products. Never again!

I got my shoes in April 2021 and hoped for a sustainable alternative. Now, 6 month later I am very disappointed. The shoes are having holes at the sewing (right side were the hard plastic from the front and the soft fabric are sewed together). I contacted the support to get an exchange shoe or some advice for repair, since I thought this has to be a manufacturing error. They told me that the warranty only covers 6 month and offered me 20% off on the next shoes. Not sure what their definition of sustainability is, but shoes that only last 6 month I personally don’t consider good quality or sustainable.

I ordered the Shell backpack more than 10 days ago and to date I haven't received my shipment and it wasn't even handed over to the courier company! Every time I contact their customer support team and I never get a clear response on when they will do that. I'm starting to feel that the whole thing is a scam

No delivery in 5 months after ordering and paying. Was promised a delivery within 2 weeks. If there are delays, it is their responsibility to inform customers. Otherwise they are just liars.

Ordered a pair of Jungle shoes in April or May and still haven't received them. Seriously cannot wait for them, but very disappointed the company can't get it's sh*t together. Some of the comments here indicate people have purchased Jungle shoes in the last couple months and already received them, yet I ordered them at least 4 months ago, and nothing. Cool, guys. Real cool.

My order was shipped to another person, who is in Germany when I am in Ukraine. Waiting for a reshipment, but still not sure if it will be.

SEPT 21: Based on Tropicfeel's unacceptable and contradictory response to my initial review I felt it was necessary to reply. Below is my response. When I ordered the shoes the world was dealing with the pandemic for a little over a year. If Tropicfeel thought there could potentially be logistical issues they should have explained that on their website. Customers would then be able to make an informed decision on whether or not they wanted to proceed. Again, the pandemic didn't just start when the order was submitted. There have been many businesses shipping and making their commitments so if Tropicfeel had a potential risk of experiencing a delay lasting SEVERAL MONTHS they should be communicating this upfront. They are contradicting themselves now by blaming the entire delay since June on the pandemic! The reason for failing to ship in June and then in July was not due to the pandemic according to their own communication they sent out at that time. And if it's their reason for not shipping in August or September then why are they still promoting the shoe today advising shipping will be in November when they cannot fill the orders that occurred in the early spring? As of todsy there is no mention that those may be delayed due to the pandemic. And quite honestly if I ordered these in early spring and still haven't received them by fall I can't see how anyone ordering them today would see them this year! I feel this whole ordeal is a scam. I have requested a refund via the email address they provided in their response to my initial review,, but I have not heard back from them. Which isn't surprising since their customer service is slow at responding to emails waiting! I've been waiting for two pairs of shoes since early spring '21. Their original commitment was June. Once June came we were given this excuse: "...we had to push back the original estimate of June to July due to some unforseen circumstances in production. WE WANT TO MAKE SURE EVERY SHOE IS PERFECT AND THAT IS THE REASON FOR THE DELAY.". In late June we received an update: "Most colors have finished their production stage and they are now on their way to the warehouse." On July 7th another mass email was sent pushing it out another month: "Most of the colors have finished their production stage and they are now on their way to the warehouse. (STILL ON THEIR WAY, WHAT BY CANOE?) Due to some production delays, we had to push your order delivery to end of August instead of July as it was initially thought...we keep working to improve and we want you to have the best product." On July 28th, we received another mass email indicating that 40% of the shoes had been delivered. I highly doubt that based on the feedback I have read. The email also stated, "WE'RE NOW SHIPPING ORDERS MADE FROM JANUARY 26TH TO JULY 15TH, ACCORDING TO WHEN WE RECEIVED THEM (THE ORDERS). You will get your tracking link when your order is on its way." I haven't received an email with the tracking number. Sept 14, I am now advised that the shoes have been delayed by the manufacturer in Vietnam due to a Covid-19 lock down. If what they are describing is true; than why would Tropicfeel continue to inundate IG with ads promoting the same shoes they cannot produce for customers who have been waiting for 6+ months? Their primary focus should be clearing out that massive backlog of orders instead of taking in more orders they obviously cannot fulfill! Their site is saying for customers ordering today, Sept 14th, shipping will be in November". There is no mention that this is an estimate, just like there was no mention that June was an estimate (as they claimed). How will customers ordering today receive them in November if I ordered them 6 months ago, yet still have not received them??? If anyone is considering on making a purchase thru Tropicfeel, I encourage you to read thru the critical reviews. They have created this compounding mess themselves all because of corporate greed! I don't think the shoes will ever be delivered and will be requesting credit! Perhaps if they start losing all the revenue they gained during the first part of '21, their business model will change or Tropicfeel will cease to to exist!

I waited two months for delivery, when they finally arrived the shoes were too tight. Note, to return for a refund cost 20 Euro which it fails to mention on their website. Avoid at all costs

Our pre-order products normally have a longer time for shipping than our available items, but the shipping dates for these are mentioned on the product page and we keep you updated in case of any delays. It's mentioned that for some countries, the 20 EUR postage fee applies, so this information is available beforehand. DO NOT ORDER! Delay, delay, delay without contacting the customer and still NO shoes (for SIX months now and counting)! If they’re an honest company they will stop promoting shoes they don’t have, but noooo, all over FB and Insta ads will pop-up. The company is a fraud!

Great shoes, look great at first BUT it comes with scratches and I'm a little bit disappointed because of multiple glue points are visible. There was a delay but I'm not satisfied of the final quality. For a 80 euros shoes it's not so great.. also it was written on the order that these shoes will come with an extra pairs of laces: I have received only one pair..

I bought backpack in shoes in april. Upon buying it said it would arrive late may. In early may got an email saying it would arrive early june. Last june I asked where it was and they said it would arrive early july. late july I asked where it was, they said they were not sure. I asked for refund. they said yes. It is not early august, I do not have any products, spent around 500$, I do not have a refund, and they stopped responding to my messages. BEWARE

After many emails and attempts to get a hold of them through Instagram, I've heard nothing back after two weak email excuses. I purchased both the Shell Bag and a pair of Jungle shoes back in the very beginning of April . I'm still waiting to hear back from them. I only received one email with a response saying I would get my stuff shipped mid-July back in early July. Well, It's July 29 and I have nothing to show for. I did receive a secondary email after that requesting a customer service review for the person that responded. I know it wasn't that person's fault, so I gave her a good review. Otherwise, I've been trying to get a hold of them the past couple of days to no avail. I have chatted with other customers and tried to find some semblance of hope that perhaps some of these things were actually being delivered. It seems like a mixed bag. They absolutely play their marketing role correctly to maximize the attractive message they sell; I just wish they acted as kind as the message they convey. I sincerely wanted this bag and wanted to keep supporting this company. At this point, I don't have the confidence to recommend this to anyone. What a disappointing experience as a customer and the way I'm being treated as a person. Ignoring your customers is not the best way to win their confidence and loyalty. I wish I would have been one of the happy customers with a great review, but that time has long passed. I just feel cheated and scammed now. I'm not saying that's what they're trying to do, but that's what they have achieved to make me perceive.
