WARNING! Stay Away from this fraudulent website. Not only are their tickets extremely over priced with all kinds of hidden taxes and BS, they also make you enter in a credit card number just to sign up to see the tickets but then they will use your credit card without your authorization and claim you purchased tickets when you only wanted to look see what they have and how much they were. Their customer service is non existent and all you will get a generic emails about your complain. I've written to google already along with hundreds of other users that I came across on a forum and asked to have these guys removed from showing up on top when searching for tickets.

I purchased 2 tickets in October 2018 for the Eagles at LIverpool Arena this Sunday 30th JUNE. After following the reviews for some time i was amazed that the tickets have arrived on time . I paid £605 .23 for the tickets , the actual price is £288 which I am devasted about. On closer inspection the tickets do not have my name on them but some other random person. The whole occasion has been ruined before we even get there as I don’t know if the tickets are genuine (name of company on the tickets is Ticketmaster ) or whether someone else will be sitting in on our seats. I have tried ringing customer services to be told the system is down , realise it is a complete waste of time . It is appalling that these crooks are allowed to keep trading , if only I had been aware of their scams I might have been looking forward to Sunday night instead of feeling totally down and apprehensive about the whole thing ! The more people that spread the word the better and hopefully they will be put out of business .

**PLEASE, PLEASE READ THIS AND BE AWARE** My wife has been a fan of Bon Jovi for many years, but had never had the opportunity to see them. So, on the first of November 2018 I booked tickets through Viagogo for their tour in June 2019. This is where the story begins. I do know and appreciate that I have been at fault and I have should have checked the Viagogo website, but of course, we get so complacent about things and we think that everything and everybody is trustworthy. Unfortunately, this is never the case. I paid the Princely sum of £254.96 two tickets on my credit card, which I thought, although quite pricey, was still within reason for such a high profile band such as Bon Jovi, who were possibly performing their last ever concert, (time will tell on that one). Not once did I think to go to Viagogo’s website and check my account, being such a trusting person. The concert came and went. Bon Jovi were excellent and the whole weekend was just lovely. It was only the next day when I had a look at the tickets that I noticed that the actual face value of the tickets, together, was much, much less than what I had been charged. It was only then did I decide to go onto the website and check up on things. I immediately noticed that there were four seat numbers showing on the website, yet, clearly above that, it states that I purchased two tickets, not four. The face value of each ticket was £45.00, plus a service charge of £6.10 equals £51.10. Multiply this by two gives a grand total of £102.20, not £254.96. So, it was quite obvious that I had been charged for four lots of tickets, and some other unbeknown charge, that doesn’t even show up on my account. Obviously, it is far too late for me to try and do anything about this, and I except, with a heavy heart that I have been well and truly ripped off. But, the one reason that I write this email is to try and warn as many people as possible about Viagogo, and similar ticket selling companies, of the UNDERHAND, DISGUSTING, DESPICABLE, CHEATING, ROBBING AND LYING (the insults are endless btw) ways of these companies. I pity the poor people that work for these companies, probably at minimum wage. Are they aware of their employers CHEATING way’s. And, if they are I hope that the employees and their employers can sleep at nights, knowing just how DISGUSTING they actually are as human beings. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, make sure that you check everything correspondence wise, that you have with any of these companies, and deal with any discrepancies immediately, if you have unwittingly bought tickets from one of these CHEATING websites. There is a website called fanfairalliance.org that you can go to that will give you options to avoiding these scam companies and there is also a lady called Claire Turnham who has had similar dealings with them and been ripped off by them, and she gives advice as to what to do should you be unfortunate enough to get ripped off.

There is a reason this company is rated 1 star, honestly worst ticket sellers I have dealt with. Do not buy tickets from this company, they will take no accountability once they have your money. My tickets arrived later that advertised by 3 days which ended up costing me way more in travel arrangements as I had to be home to sign for them and could not cancel my pre-arrangements. The ticket was not the same ticket as advertised, but they said it's an equivalent ticket so it does not matter. They lied about the face value of my ticket and refused to give me a refund. Customer service do not care and only give you scripted responses. Be warned tickets could arrive as late as on the day of the event and it may not be the same seating on the ticket you ordered, as long as they see it as equivalent they will not refund you. Never buying tickets from this company again and I will warn everyone I know about the bad experience I had with them.

I bought 4 tickets to see Elton John through Viagogo, paying many times face value, for a birthday gift. The day before the event I called to ask where they were, and was told that they had not turned up. At the last minute they found me 4 replacements but these were the worst and cheapest tickets in the venue. The Viagogo guarantee promises to get equivalent tickets. These certainly were not, and had a face value less than half my original tickets. It would have seemed fair to me to reimburse half the cost, but they refused to do so. The guarantee is NOT a guarantee. The risk of tickets not turning up is the buyers risk. Beware

Same as many other people here - I paid for tickets to Pink! - lower tier seats and 3 days before concert they come back saying they can’t fulfil it. They’ve been sat on £540 of my money for 9 months. Absolutely gutted as it was going to be a very special occasion.

Do not buy from this company! Absolute ripoff! Made me think I was buying from a primary seller and that the tickets were selling fast so I felt pressurised. They charged me 3 times the actual price of the tickets and after speaking to someone at the company, they think it’s ok for false advertising and to rip people off, should not be allowed!

I ordered two Take That concert tickets in November and paid £256, receiving confirmation of the seats I’d reserved by return. This week (first week in June and three days before the show) I received an email from Viagogo to advise that they couldn’t supply the tickets I’d reserved because they hadn’t been able to secure the tickets from ‘their supplier’. Instead, I was offered a very limited choice of alternative seats, none of which were as good as those I believed I’d reserved. Totally disgusted and vowing never to use Viagogo again,I chose alternatives that arrived in the name of a completely different individual and a voucher for £36 - to be used to purchase tickets from Viagogo! They took £256 of my money as payment for something they didn’t have to sell and held that money for almost six months, accruing interest, and then left me in a position where I had little choice but to accept whatever inferior seats they had to offer with three days to go. Absolutely disgusted by their pseudo-fraudulent conduct and I will never EVER use them again.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Ordered tickets for a cricket match and according to our online account those tickets should have been sent out by May 31 at the latest. Today is June 4 and no tickets in sight. Calling them results in them claiming they are having problems with UpS, then claiming they don't have a tracking number, then they refuse to give us any information. They also refuse to put us through to a manager, sometimes claiming they don't have managers, sometimes saying the managers are busy, sometimes staying they are not allowed to put us through. They haven't even suggested to refund the money, an absolute scam!

Worst experience with these bunch of unprofessionals! Our experience in short: We bought 2 tickets for over 200 Euro each (original price 80 Euro) for the Cardi B act at the primavera sound festival in Barcelona. Cardi B cancelled her participation one month before the show and no one informed us!!!! We found out the same day!!! So, these people don’t take responsibility, neither speak any of the languages of their hotlines by native speakers. Hotlines are somewhere in India. So good luck if you try to speak in German or French with an Indian dude. WORST COMPANY EVER! Don’t trust them!!!! Bye bye to our 400 Euro 😭

Don't use Viagogo to sell tickets, it is a scam! On Thursday 31st May I listed two tickets, I uploaded the eTickets to their website, I received this email back: 'Thank you for pre-uploading your e-tickets. If your tickets sell we'll deliver them straight to the buyer.' Four hours later I received an email confirming that they had sold my tickets, and I received this email: 'There is now nothing else you need to do! We will take care of sending your pre-uploaded e-tickets to the buyer.' I went away for the weekend and came back this morning to three emails from Viagogo: 1. Your sale must be uploaded within the next 72 hours. (I'd already uploaded them when I listed the ad). 2. We are now looking for replacement tickets for the buyer, and may cancel your sale. In case of cancellation you will not be paid for this sale, and may be charged a fee. 3. We have taken over this order and you no longer need to fulfil. Please note that this means you will not be paid for your sale, and may be liable for any charges incurred in replacing the sale. I called their customer service line on Monday morning (hard to find so I Googled it) and after getting cut off twice, I spoke with Stephanie for 20 minutes - to be fair she did call me back when I was cut off again. She said that perhaps it was because this was my first time and I didn't understand the system, but I was responsible for printing and sending the eTickets, and that the e-Ticket upload I did before was just for the listing. When I then asked why I was emailed twice saying that 'There is now nothing else you need to do! We will take care of sending your pre-uploaded e-tickets to the buyer.' She said it was just an automated response and that they would charge me for the replacement tickets... Is it just me, or does this stink of a scam? AVOID VIAGOGO!

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Do not EVER buy tickets from Viagogo. This has to be the absolute worst case of customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I bought tickets 5 months prior to the event and was told they would be electronically delivered the week before the concert date. After endless hours of email and phone conversations, I finally received my tickets 25 minutes prior to the opening of the gates. The stress and time spent dealing with these people was unbelievable. For them to take my money up front and then require me to beg and plead to actually get my tickets transferred was ridiculous. I strongly urge you to find another ticket seller. This is not the company you want to be dealing with.
