“Received the filters in the mail. Everything looks exactly the same as the OEM filters that I use with my LG refrigerator. Tried to install the first one and would not seat correctly. Tried several times, went online and viewed several videos to make sure I was not incorrectly attempting to install the filter. Looked closer at the nozzle on the LG filter and the Ecolife filter and they are completely different. I cannot use any of the filters I received as I looked at a second filter and they are all different from the OEM.”
