“Customer service is horrible. I called to cancel my order before it shipped and they refused. Spent 30 minutes through the call center waiting line and only to be told I had to call back once I received the product (with no reason why they could not give me the return info now). I asked for a direct call back number so I did not have to wait through the call center again. The number they gave me routed me to the wrong call center and still waiting 30 minutes now. Still waiting. Looking to charge back due to not being able to get through”
