“I bought a Lux Queen Mattress. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I was hesitant to buy such an expensive item online, without trying it first, you hear of so many horror stories related to online purchases and the promises made, but not fulfilled. I need not have worried. Everything was exactly as described, from Delivery, Communication with staff, and the mattress purchased. You do have to adjust to your new bed and the 120 day trial period let's you do just that. It took about a week and I adjusted and had fallen in love my mattress. I purchased 2x pillows, with the mattress and they are so incredibly comfortable, the best pillows I have ever had. I went on to buy a mattress protector and a set of Queen Linen sheets. All are exactly as described and really good quality. Delivery is incredibly fast and all items are packaged beautifully. My experience with Winkl has been very easy and I've supported a wee Kiwi too. Let's just say my old mattress has been retired and I sleep really well, even removing an extra blanket on the bed, as I just don't need it. I'm impressed with the quality and comfort I now experience.”

“Have purchased 3 Winkl mattresses for my family - all of us totally agree that they are so comfortable. Delivery is super quick even though we are a rural property in South Island NZ and so easy to set up. No way will we be returning them. Recommend +++”

“Oh my. I could never have thought that a mattress would make so much difference to my life! I love my winkl! I can’t wait to go to bed every night and struggle to get out of it in the morning ! “I am very happy with my purchase and service provided by Winkl in that process. The extra comfort level of the "Lux" mattress is providing me good sleep and while i had to negate the 15 year warranty by chopping off a small width margin to fit my caravan - i am comfortable the mattress will survive the warranty period in good shape.”

“We purchased the mattress and frame and 2 pillows as a quick fix due to space restrictions. However we are that happy with the product once our house is built we will be purchasing for all of our bedrooms. Great product, super comfy and excellent customer service will definitely ensure I recommend to others”
