“Cancelled my delivery after 2 weeks of correspondence, circa 30 emails, and repeatedly turning up to the collection site outside of the agreed collection time so that no one was at collection site. There's a no phone line to call customer support. Incredibly poor business etiquette. No one should use this business.”
