“I still await recompense for the damage to my antique sideboard. No wrapping was carried out which I paid extra for. Arrived broken. Two and half months still being fobbed off re insurance claim. No responses to further emails. Would not use again.”

“Disgusting service. No pride in their work. Caused damage to a brand new, packaged fridge due to their carelessness. Took 4 chasers for them to respond which was a std policy response. I’m gobsmacked they think this type of service is acceptable. Will never use again and will happily tell others to stay clear!”
