“Hi expressflower, I’m a bit disappointed where I found the flower not as fresh as I expected. To pay so much $$ during Valentine’s Day, lastly get this quality of flower shall I said sorry. I think you guy should think how to maintain flower freshness until deliver to customers. Thank you.”

“I paid for 10 tulips but only give 9 and with one small yellow flower (look like not open yet tulip), I paid $10 for 3-4pm block timing but flower already at 2, pick up at 3, received 4:10”

“I was impressed by the seamless order execution. Designs of flowers are beautiful and for the choice I made, some exotic flowers are included. Ordered in the morning and delivered shortly past 1pm as indicated. Recipient was happy she got call before the delivery. Actual product delivered was as shown online. Swift execution in logistics. Great job! I will be a returning customer.”

“Customer Service, Venus is very very helpful. As it was Chinese New Year eve & I need to arrange for a wreath to be delivered, Venus worked past her working hours to help me arrange. Before & after delivery, change of flowers due to no stock, updates were sent promptly, would highly recommend Xpressflower”
