“Good service but I think XpressFlower.com could look into improving how messages are written and aligned on the Message Card. The Sender Names (if got 2 or more individual names) should be placed one under another rather than in 1 line only with "/" as spacing, even though I ordered in this way as the Order Form, I cannot hit return to next line. Also nothing to sign off as "From". Hope this can be looked into and improve.”

“Service is good, the staff will tried very hard to reach me for informing me of the cake exchange instead of doing the decision themselves. Thank you so much. But just hope that the price can be abit lower, compared to other florists.”
