“4.5 Overall amazing! Delivered as requested! And my sister loves it thank you! There was just one confusion from a whatsapp message saying there's an 'update on your issue' but there was no issue at all. The customer service clarified that they may have mistakenly sent it to me.”

“The flower is good and look actually like the photo online. Just a minor comment on the payment online. Need to check and what wrong on the payment. Can't pay online.”

“Basically your staff response very promptly. I was very happy to be able to communicate with your staff when i was desperately looking for a florist who can delivery the wreath in the next day morning and the staff agreed to arrange. However, there is a disappointment when I received a call informing me that the flowers cannot be sent in the morning hours and can only be delivered at 2pm. Otherwise the experience with Xpressflower will be quite perfect. thanks.”

“Dear Sir, Thanks for your staffs to arrange for the delivery of the order of the bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday this morning. Everything was fine, and delivery was on-time. Just a think to note, I was trying to get the Pink Roses, and when the photo of the bouquet were sent to me, they looked a shade more reddish, but I am okay with it. But it eventually turned out to be purple roses instead. Didn't know the photo colour and the actual flowers turned out to be different. Do keep that in mind, so that your next customer, may not surprised by it. Thanks.”
