“The recipient (our very good Friend) was really happy to receive the fresh flowers in the “Get Well Soon” mug. She loves it so much. Earlier I had issue in the payment as it was my first time doing payment by scanning the QR code for paynow. Your female staff was kind enough to take the order first while I was trying to make payment. When I decided to change the payment method to Visa, it went through. My order was then processed immediately. Thank you so much to your team for the efficiency and patient.”

“Good and fast service from XpressFlowers especially on a Sunday was above expectation. I appreciated Cris' patient and friendly service and her recommendations on the selections. Would have been better if she could suggest condolence messages readily, so as to help the customer complete the order quicker. The entire service was also completed with a photo of the actual flowers and a close update on the status of the order right up to its delivery. Very professional! Well done!”

“Sales staff at AMK HUB outlets did an excellent job. She help to give some recommendations on choosing the flowers. The only down side that my request to send me the photos before delivery was not accommodate. Quite upset”

“Great flowers and quick response by customer service on my inquiry. However, I was sure I already changed the delivery date/time when I was checking out, but after payment, noticed that date is back to delivery default (1 day after purchase). Not sure if this is a bug or I am just getting old.”

“Negotiating with seller directly via WhatsApp was good, but delivery was a little late. Flowers were lovely and lasted a long time, and packaging was almost the same as the photo on website.”
