If not for a little mistake, I would have given 5 star. Senders name had added additional alphabets. Should read as Mr & Mrs Goh Chong Ying (only on the Delivery Order)

it will be nice if express flower can use a messaging option immediately after calling if customer isn't answering. please don't call 5-6times non stop if we are not picking up the phone. Please use a messenger system. Thanks.

Hi, We have been informed by customer service that Xpress Flower has delivered the wrong item to the recipient. They will reschedule the delivery of the correct item to recipient and will not collect the wrong delivered item back from recipient. In fact, two fruit baskets will be too much for the patient with digestive issue :). We have delivered the fruit basket to the recipient and redelivery of the correct fruit basket will reflect unprofessional arrangement. Although service recovery was offered to us but we hope that Xpress Flower can look into such issue and ensure that wrong delivery of the item will not happen again to us. Thanks.

Service and response was fast and the flowers were well received, however the only down side is the helium balloons that I bought was flat the following day... my daughters were disappointed.

Was okay everything was great and the lady that helped me with my last min order was very patient. Only unhappy when i ask for the flowers to be delivered at a later time they are unable to assist me.

Great service - Great product - beautifully arranged and presented. My only comment is that I didn't receive a phone call prior to delivery as expected, so I was unable to take the delivery and gift it. The recipient answered the door. The delivery lady was excellent, and maybe she didn't have a chance to read the instructions...... This would be my only comment requiring future action.
