“I ordered four bouquets this week from them, out of which one was not nice. When I feedback to them with picture proof, they immediately rectified it with a replacement. The service recovery by the staff, notably Chuck, was amazing. I had used them for a number of years now and will continue to do so given this level exceptional of service.”

“Great service. Here are room for improvement: 1. It would be great next time if the item could be delivered in the morning too and not just in the afternoon. 2. Well, if possible It would be great if the location of the delivery van location could be track in real time like Google location share so the customer would know roughly when the item would arrive. Anyway these are just some suggestions for you to consider only. To me I think I'm quite happy with your products and services offered. Keep up the good work and God bless:)”

“The wreath is nice and presentable and look similar to the image in the website. Only negative point is I received confirmation email and sms that the wreath already delivered but when I check with my friends who are at the wake, they told me never received the wreath yet. I hope the staff will be more careful when they trying to confirm the delivery in future.”

“There was much effort put in to communicate with me on the issues regarding the flowers and the delivery. The phone connection over your end was bad though - it was cut off a few times and could hardly hear over our end.”

“The ordering and delivery process was a breeze. I would however appreciate gentle cleaning of the artificial orchids prior to delivery as the white orchids were dirty. The experience was otherwise very pleasant and I'm inclined to order from XpressFlower in future.”

“Staff followed up promptly on the unavailability of the ice cream flavour that was indicated in the bundle. While trying to select the alternative flavour, the staff waited patiently for a few seconds and did not hurry me to make a decision quickly. The updating of the order status was done promptly.”
