Delivery was well within my prefer timing. Flower was fresh as expected but can be better as it look abit of emptiness within the bouquet. Overall am Happy with it. Again, thanks Shan for the special request she has follow-up with me. Xpressflower is very concern about customer satisfaction and willingly to listen. Good Job N keep it up.

The staff responded promptly early next morning to my order submitted late at night. The staff is also polite and friendly. A little pity was that my request for a slice of earl grey lavender cheesecake was unable to fulfil as there was a lack of ingredient and i had to make a change. That’s all. Overall experience was still good.

I ordered a fruit basket 2 days ago, and the person I liaise with helped with my order through WhatsApp, but yesterday, I had to order via the form. It was a bit tedious but thankfully all went well.

Ordered the Cotton Candy Love and opted for in store pick-up. As the flowers were not available at the branch, was offered free delivery instead. Flowers were delivered on time as promised. Only gripe was that the hydrangea was not as Fresh as I'd hoped. Some petals were slightly brown. Still a positive experience nonetheless.

Perhaps website can indicate clearly on the delivery charging and the price given should be before delivery charge. It created a little confusion to me especially when we shared cost that need to be transparent to everyone who contributed.

Good delivery but do consider to shorten the accepting of delivery procedures. -After accepting the delivery, I had to sign on physical paper and delivery guy did not bring along any pen. -after signing, he need to take a photo with ‘signed’ DO together with flower and house unit number -after all these, still need to sign digitally on his mobile app.

It was a prompt reply when I made order. I requested to get a photo of delivery with my mom, but the courier guy forgot it seems. And i didnt get to see the bouquet as well as im not living with my mom.

In the begining, I were shocked when 1 of the item in my order was shorted. I were only inform on the delivery day. I expected my order to be exactly what it is as order was days ahead but never the less, Shan follow-up with me professionally. Seriously, I were disappointed as this is my first order with Xpressflower. But Shan try her best to "patch" it up so I guess I ought to give Xpressflower a chance. I hope, in future my order with Xpressflower will not be disappointing as there are plenty of florists here. Can't deny that others have better presentation than your but at the end of the day, do take attention at the customer satisfaction so customer will stay with you. Come out with fresh ideas and creatively too. Sent my regards to Shan and once again, thank her on my behalf for the followup. You have a good employee here. Take Care n Stay Healthy.

I would like to give a 5 as rating however out of the 3 orders I made I am disappointed with the flower arrangement of one of my orders.I will send the pictures via watsapp and you see for yourself.The customer service lady Venus was excellant.She was very helpful.And I always liked Xpress flowers.I have been walking in for my orders and this is the first time I made an online purchase.However this will not stop me from making another order but I may consider if I had to make multiple orders in a single day.I also would like to appreciate the watsapp service available and also the prompt messaging upon collecting and delivering of flowers.Thank you so much!
