Selected mixed colours Gebera however all pink colour Gebera was packed and delivered. But it’s ok. Luckily pink is my favourite colour :)

The process is pretty straightforward. Though in my previous experience in July, its much better. July Order - Asked the CSO if they are able to deliver and she asked me what flowers i am looking for, how many stalks and subsequently suggested and placed the order for me with my instruction to go ahead. (the last part from what i remember though i might had remembered wrongly) September Order - Asked the CSO if they have any tulips and she basically just asked me to go to website and choose tulips under the flowers section.

I am grateful that XpressFlower went the xtra mile to accede to my request of a photoshot of the items that would be delivered to the same recipient. Much appreciated! The pretty lilies were bright just like what was shown in the picture but the cake design looked a little different from the picture posted on the website. Overall, I am a satisfied customer. Will give a rating of 4.2 out of 5 and order from XpressFlower again.

Hi Sam, There's something in the process that can be improved. When the flowers was delivered i received an unsigned delivery order in my email which doesn't help confirm the delivery was completed in any way. It would be perfect if I could have a snapshot of the flowers on delivery or at the very least a signed delivery order by the recipient. Would put the customer at ease of mind instead of having to call the recipient or trying to find out on his own whether the delivery was successful or not. Thanks and Regards, Alex
