Flowers and delivery timing very good. Online selection a little constraining. I would have liked the Same flowers ie yellow roses but in a basket rather than bouquet

Other than there was no call to update of the delivery... Otherwise all are good. I love how the flowers were being wrapped up nicely!

fuss free online purchase. Prompt customer service , support on weekend. Call to confirm address, update before delivery & also called up to confirm delivery done. lovely flowers too

their service is of the best quality as compared to the others I have experienced. Although they gave me a shock at the last minute to say the specific flowers I ordered 1 week ago were not available, they managed to solve it and get it in the HQ and not at the VIVO city outlet which is limited they say. Between them and competitors humming with an experience at humming, I would continue my flowers and corporate hampers with Xpressflowers I will be posting my review on https://www.onehealth.sg

There was an issue with the order received which was the only reason I’m giving it a 4. However, the customer service and the prompt resolution XpressFlower provided is undoubtedly one of the best I have experienced. šŸ‘šŸ»

I need to send a condolence wreath on an urgent basis. I placed my order at night and I have the option to select for the next morning delivery with a small fee, which is a plus point over other florists who has no options for you, even if you are willing to pay a bit more for the morning delivery. All their deliveries are in the afternoon. I was constantly updated via sms, emails from XpressFlower, from order confirmation, on its way to delivery and received by the recipient. Very prompt florist and I highly recommend them.

Initially my friend tried putting in the order using his phone, but kept getting an error. Later I managed to put in the order using PC. Quite of a few repetitive questions asking for the same information, such as destination address. The picture could have been better if indicate clearly whether include or exclude the stand. Was there an option for live chat or submitting an inquiry? I don't recall seeing that window. Overall, good experience.
