Super service both Sales at Jewel and delivery( except the delivery fee.) Free Delivery during office hour and within Singapore main island should be provided for flower stand.

Received the bouquet as per my requested timing. Thank You! My daughter is super delighted when she received them. The only downside is the colors choice of the wrapper, it was dull green or beige color and does not compliment and bring out the best of the overall bouquet presentation. A pastel color choice would makes the difference. How come the graduation bear is not part of the bouquet? Nonetheless, thank you!

The XpressFlower website is easy to use and it was quick for me to order the flowers for delivery. It's great to have a free delivery option. The flowers were delivered as scheduled and it really made my mother happy. Thank you.

Very swift ordering process and prompt delivery . However, didn’t get to see the final product delivered as it was sent directly to a friend. Would be even better if a picture of the end product could be included in the email sent to customers .

From order to delivery, it's been a smooth and prompt process. However, room for improvement on communication channel: 1) Order confirmation via Whatsapp 2) Payment link via Whatsapp 3) Order collection notification via email 4) Order delivery notification via email As you can see the communication channel is not consistent and it would be good if you can standardize the channels and preferably customers can elect the communication channel. Overall I am very pleased with the experience and it is a vast improvement from my previous order. Thank you for taking my feedback.

Good customer service and prompt replies. I have contacted a few florists for this urgent delivery on a Sunday. I have selected XpressFlower as you are able to answer to my enquiries most quickly and very friendly staff. Only disadvantage is the price is a little expensive.

The flower arrangement was nice as expected, however delivery was late. It arrived an hour after the agreed timeline which killed the surprised element we wanted to give to our friend.

Thank you for this service. I ordered a funeral wreath when my friend was bereaved of her grandma. The designs are thoughtful, the prices are in my opinion decent value, and the site is easy to use. The whatsapp customer service was also polite and helpful. The only downside was the payment portal seemed to have a problem with payment by debit card, but thankfully they had a paynow option.

Flowers and delivery timing very good. Online selection a little constraining. I would have liked the Same flowers ie yellow roses but in a basket rather than bouquet
