The service at the store was excellent but the delivery coordination between the Cs and actual delivery, needs some looking into.

We recd your the hamper with the card from XpressFlower.com Am quite satisfied. Just a small request I wanted the cake to be delivered along with the hamper and I was told that there will be a small fee. I was not happy at this point. My hamper cost was $78.40 and transport charges $5. So since I was already charged $5 why should another fee be charged for delivering the cake along with hamper. This is not justified. The same van and the same delivering the hamperso why can't the cake be delivered along with it?

I was pretty disappointed and upset about the customer service that called me to confirm my online order. Her customer service was awfully bad. While I was planning to logde a complaint, Yi Fen from Sengkang branch called. She helped to confirm the details and explained to me on the customer service that called me. Overall, flower is received in good condition and Yi Fen from Sengkang branch is friendly and helpful.

Have a pleasant experience at your Tampines Mall outlet this morning - 1 Aug at 10.45am. The staff is friendly and helpful. She was very patience while I'm taking my time deciding what to buy. Thumbs up! Really make my day!

The tulips are beautiful and my friend likes it very much. It’s good that the staff also text to find out what’s the occasion for the order and also ensured that card is acceptable. Am happy with the whole process.

Staff in the shop on side for the purchase very friendly and helpful Day of delivery a bit worrisome, because the colour of the roses of the bouquet looked different from what I chose in the shop (maybe because of the picture/camera?), and it looked on the picture also as if there were a “hole” in one side of the bouquet (but could be also just on picture but in real fine) The staff member that was assisting me, Lai, was also very patient and friendly. But in the 2nd picture the colour looks still different. And another bit of a turn down is when an email states the item(s) will be delivered “very soon”, but it still took almost 3hrs from then. Well, 3hrs are not considered as “very soon“, though. That’s why it is a “good” but not “excellent”.

It was a pleasure dealing with your customer service officer Laila :) The order came on time and made my friend really happy. One particular feedback, though. The payment options should be seamless, I had to open a Paypal account which I don't intend to do as it was not very clear how I can check out with only my Mastercard details. But all in all, I will order from you again anytime I need to make someone feel special ❤
