“Angelica who took my order was patient and friendly. She also made good recommendations. I find the selections of cards limited. I also feel that the no of flower stalks given was quite small for the price tag. Delivery was prompt and order tracking was good.”

“Excited about the not so common flowers and plants that you used. The arrangement with the pink roses was nice, the roses was quite big in size, love the green leafs that come with it and happy with the vase too. Overall, think it value for the amount.”

“Received a flower dome as my birthday gift on 16Aug20. The second time when i took out the flower dome the heart shaped on the top was already dropped off, poor quality of the glass dome. Called and emailed xpressflowers on 22Aug, my call and request was attended promptly. Xpressflower replaced the flower dome and delivered to me on the next day. Good customer service.”

“We recd your the hamper with the card from XpressFlower.com Am quite satisfied. Just a small request I wanted the cake to be delivered along with the hamper and I was told that there will be a small fee. I was not happy at this point. My hamper cost was $78.40 and transport charges $5. So since I was already charged $5 why should another fee be charged for delivering the cake along with hamper. This is not justified. The same van and the same delivering the hamperso why can't the cake be delivered along with it?”

“I was pretty disappointed and upset about the customer service that called me to confirm my online order. Her customer service was awfully bad. While I was planning to logde a complaint, Yi Fen from Sengkang branch called. She helped to confirm the details and explained to me on the customer service that called me. Overall, flower is received in good condition and Yi Fen from Sengkang branch is friendly and helpful.”
