The bouquet overall is nice but not to an extend of very beautiful very pretty unlike the first sight of the pink roses (last Dec only) & the yellow roses (beauty & beast theme) (2021) which I previously had ordered (it gave us a wow effect) This whole bouquet looks dull & dark, especially the wrapping doesn’t bring out any elegance too. Cos red roses suppose to bring out elegant , pink bring out romance . Anyway hope to order more better bouquets from you in future . I like Xpress is cos of its efficiency response / delivery on time / with bouquets intact (some I encountered this drop or messy) & friendly delivery. But I hope you can expand more varieties online so that easier for regular customers like us to have more choices especially to same receivers. Mother’s Day is approaching - hope you can have more new upcoming bouquets

Nicole was very helpful cos I'm not tech savvy. I had to order the wreath 1 day before the funeral n it was late in the night. She helped look for the appropriate wreath at my given budget. It was a breeze. Thanks.

I appreciate the email updates at each important point of the order to delivery process. A staff even sent photos of the actual flower stand upon its assembly and it assured that the flowers being delivered to my recipient were fresh and beautiful.

Recently bought a bouquet from xpressflower, intending to give my boyfriend a surprise. But it turned out to be an upsetting event… In the checkout form, we were asked to fill in the Recipient's Name and where to send to, and I’ve specifically indicated his official full name and it’s the office I’m sending to and to leave at the reception counter. But it turned out that the bouquet was not attention to anyone (no name written anywhere). I would have expected his full name to be written on the envelope of the card or somewhere open, be it a post-it note, so that the receptionist would know who to pass it to? So the receptionist tried reading the card to find the owner of the bouquet, but that was my personal note to him and I addressed him by nickname.. and the worse is.. not knowing who this person is since I used a nickname, they passed the card around office to find the intended recipient.. OMG! After my feedback, the CS team tried to make up for it by giving me $20 Knots vouchers?! Really.. I don't feel any sincerity in the apology.. And no matter how much vouchers, the damage is already done because of the careless mistake. No longer want to have any dealings with this company...

XpressFlower always delivers beautiful bouquets on time! I asked for minor customization (changing leaf color) and they did it fuss-free. Really impressed by customer service too - I sent a gift and I actually got a separate email with pictures of my actual bouquet before it was sent! I used to look at other flower providers, but nowadays I don't even bother - these guys are the best.

I was very happy to find you after seeing your photo arrangements in the website. It looks special and classy. I love the way your flower dress up. So I decided to order from you. But I was very upset and disappointed that the arrangement turns out otherwise. The flowers are far too little. It seriously damaged the beauty of arrangement and the unworthy to customers. My clients were very disappointed with the arrangement especially to one of the white roses arrangement. Not properly done with a passion. Customer service is good only the flowers are too little I attached the photos for you to judge. Since you bother about feedbacks, I hope that the authority will seriously look into this to improve and rectify the wrong. I hope I can gain back my confidence with Xpress flowers and looking forward to have business with you.
