“Overall satisfied. Instructions/requests were followed. Chat personnel was very responsive to all my queries. Only a bit disappointed in the part whereby delivery is blocked between 7pm to 8pm but delivery guy arrived past 6pm-sh hence recipient was not at the drop off location yet and ultimately delivery guy cannot really speak english so it was a bit of a hassle. But service from the xpressflower itself was satisfactory.”

“I was able to get flowers delivered to my aunty at the soonest slot available. The staff sent me photo update of the bouquet as requested and have called me before delivering the bouquet. My aunt was overjoyed and the sunflowers have definitely made her morning a good one to start!”
