“I purchased a sympathy flower arrangement whilst overseas to be delivered in Singapore and was impressed that photos of the finished arrangement were emailed to me prior to delivery. I haven’t experienced that with other florists. The flowers looked beautiful too.”

“I had to get multiple sets of flowers (12) and fruit baskets (10) on a Saturday. The hotel recommended XpressFlower. I sent them a message and eventually spoke with Lai. They organised bespoke floral arrangements and fruit baskets to suit my budget and had them delivered later the same day. Without my asking, they also enrolled me in their loyalty program which entitled me to a small discount. Very happy overall!”

“Impressive service level. There was a staff available to answer my enquiries at 6.00AM+. I appreciate the emails and sms which updated me on the status of the delivery. The photos was a welcoming touch, reassuring me that the product is as per what I had ordered, together with the card contents.
