“My order was a last minute urgent one. The customer service officer responded swiftly and guided me how to order. I first time ordering condolences flower. Had no idea what to write and how to go about it. The CSO is very patient with me. My order was processed immediately. They also update me from preparing the flowers to delivery. Very professional.
