“I told your staff not to sent along with invoice , to my surprise, they sent along with order slip. Whatvthe hell is that? Will u go arond to tell ppl how much u spent on their gift? Or by putting a paper on the flower stand actually make it look prettier? No common sense at all. The flowers on the stand also look loose and messy, doesn't really match with the picture on website. I feel so disappointed.”

“I ordered a couple of arrangements at short notice and customised one of the orders. Lady at the Westgate XpressFlower store was very friendly and helpful and pulled out all the stops to meet my requirements and had it delivered that same evening. The floral tributes were beautiful. Fantastic service and highly recommended!”

“Ordered via their online website and payment was easy. Contacted them via watsapp to confirm my order and was responded swiftly by Angelica. Beside confirming my order, my order details are also been double check by the team to confirm that the receiver name is correct etc. Appreciate the extended service provided.”
