“Ordering via website was fuss-free, delivery was within timeframe, and product received was similar to photo shown on website, but with some flowers drooping too low. However, placement of message card should not block the 'Deepest Sympathy' message, and response was rather slow through the online chat. Otherwise, generally recommended, will order again :)”

“This time flowers were bad. I think the issue is in packaging - it was packed too tight so flowers arrived already wilted. Usually tulips are alive for 7-10 days. This time we threw them away after 2 days”
