Customer service is really cool and professional. I made the mistake of believing there was a mistake in the personal message for the flowers sent. Being hot-headed, I called customer service and scolded her without further thinking. Once I cool down, I got a 3rd party to check on the personal message sent with the flowers. There were no mistakes. I sincerely apologize for my harsh words and thank her for being kind and patient with me.

Great Service and nice flowers. This is my 2nd time ordering the Disney theme flowers and both looks wonderful.

The flower arrangement was nice as expected, however delivery was late. It arrived an hour after the agreed timeline which killed the surprised element we wanted to give to our friend.

First buying experience was impressive. Fresh flowers & ontime delivery as promised. My bf was happy to receive it! Not forget to mention the fast responsiveness from customer service. Overall, very satisfactory. Bravo!

Reliable :) It would be best if the delivery order form has a signature of the recipient or whoever recieved the item this way, the sender is assured that the item is recieved. :)

I had a special request to add a personal gift to the bouquet of flowers ordered. Nia was very attentive and service oriented, making calls to the office/boss on a Sunday to ensure my gift can be included. She even made an effort to send me a picture of the bouquet n gift before delivery. Thank you Nia n Xpressflower!

Thank you for this service. I ordered a funeral wreath when my friend was bereaved of her grandma. The designs are thoughtful, the prices are in my opinion decent value, and the site is easy to use. The whatsapp customer service was also polite and helpful. The only downside was the payment portal seemed to have a problem with payment by debit card, but thankfully they had a paynow option.
