“The team forgot to include the photo print out that I ordered with the flowers. And once I informed them, the Customer service staff immediately sprung into action to get the photo delivered to the recipient within an hour, and even gave us a complimentary tub of ice cream. Thank you for the wonderful service recovery!!”

“Called to verify if amended flower choice and arrangement is acceptable, with WhatsApp photo to follow, due to shortage of certain types of flowers. Called again when delivery is exoxstd to be delayed due to rain and sheer volume. That's good customer service! Well done and keep it up!”

“The ordering process was straight-forward and fuss free. Ordered past midnight and they were able to advise during the order the earliest available date/timings which is great. Regular updates from order confirmation to delivery were provided so you know that it's being processed and recipient had received, which gave me a sense of reliability. Great experience!”
