Hassle free when making purchases online. Staff called to confirm your order and delivery address. Constant updates via email to track the delivery. Online system is good and user friendly. Recommended.

Even though I made a last minute order and the branch I had selected to pick-up the bouquet did not have stock for the item I selected, the staff contacted me and arranged to have it delivered to my preferred location on time. Thank you!

Loveyln did a wonderful job. Fast and efficient. I needed the flowers urgently. Most companies expect you to talk to a computer but Xpressflower had someone to attend to me even in the late hours. In the morning Francesca sent the photo of the flowers and kept me updated till the flowers were delivered. To be able to deliver within 12 hours is Excellent service. A big thank you to all.

I just placed my order today 4/8/2022,your website provide a 10% promo code is not valid, I feel like being cheated,and the promotion is received by my subscription email from yours. Please review your website promo code and don't let anyone like me had a bad experience of my purchase.

I made an order for a wreath on the 2nd of August. However, my assistant made a terrible mistake on the message of the card. When I tried to rectify the situation, I was too late as the wreath was already out on delivery. If I were to call back the wreath, the wreath could only be delivered the next day, of which the funeral will be over. I felt dismal as I thought nothing could be done to salvage the situation. Thankfully, Lai, with her quick thinking and reaction, proposed a solution that helped resolved my issue. Within minutes, she made me a new card, got a courier to send it out, while informing the person delivering my flowers to remove the card before sending it. I have bought many things in my life and chatted with many customer service officers. Most wouldn't even be bothered about their customers if they made a mistake in their order. But Lai did. Not only that, none could match up to how Lai calmly and effectively helped me resolved my problem. Honestly speaking, the problem was so troublesome that I felt extremely bad that I had to put her through it. Finally, I want to use this opportunity to thank Lai for her assistance. Without her help, I would be in a lot of trouble.

My issue/review was followed up the following day by the person-in-charge n was glad that he came up with the idea that in future,all flowers deliveries will come with a note to advise customers how to take care of them.
