Selected mixed colours Gebera however all pink colour Gebera was packed and delivered. But it’s ok. Luckily pink is my favourite colour :)

I have ordered flowers with you several times lately. Today’s bouquet was done poorly in comparison with my last order (Aug 12). Pretty much similar bouquet. Have just spoken with your customer care officer and reported in detail.

I did not know your process and was in a hurry. I got the bill then I google Xpress flower, the first web site pop up with a phone then I paid immediately. Later I realised it is the wrong site. Then I received your official link to pay, so I paid again. I have not been able to get the refund from the wrong guy yet :-(

I am not happy with delivery, 1) it’s too expensive than other florists 2) They add some kind of cactus plants which ruin bouquet 3) customer care numbers are not working, it ask for executive extension which I have no idea what it is. Not a pleasant experience for me. Hope you improve. Have a nice day ahead

The process is pretty straightforward. Though in my previous experience in July, its much better. July Order - Asked the CSO if they are able to deliver and she asked me what flowers i am looking for, how many stalks and subsequently suggested and placed the order for me with my instruction to go ahead. (the last part from what i remember though i might had remembered wrongly) September Order - Asked the CSO if they have any tulips and she basically just asked me to go to website and choose tulips under the flowers section.
