Prompt delivery and items in my order was as in catalog. Only thing was I didn't know there was 15% discount for that particular catalog 😟.

Flower is beautiful and fresh.. The only thing is it was a surprise gift to my gift, but they called her first saying that the delivery time will be at around this time.. Meaning the surprise was spoiled..

Prior to placing an order for Mother's Day, the website was sure to notify me that there will be a delay in delivery as well as a possible replacement of flowers within the bouquets due to the high influx of orders. Company promptly emailed to update on any changes made to my order, which included photos. Flowers were received as shown. Thank you very much!

Glad that the flowers are delivered within the specified time frame. However, it will be good to have a choice on the card, especially on the wordings.

The delivery information sent to me was excellent and I could know the delivery status clearly but unfortunately the image of the bouquet on the website is different from the actual one..the colour of the flowers on the web is yellow but the actual one is orange..which made me disappointed.

Order and Delivery process is good and smooth. Perhaps it's best to have a smaller time gauge of when the flowers are arriving, would be good! :)

My sis was super excited getting the lily bouquet. THANK YOU once again! Regars Leanora 1 june 2020 Dear XpressFlower team We were very disapointed upon seeing the flowers were not the same as what being pictured in your website. The balloon was toppling backwards. My eldest sister is the birthday girl which is today. FYI, we are your regular customers. Most often we ordered bouquets (for engagements, malay wedding exchange gifts, farewell table arrangements and graduation bouquet), we were very satisfied and we ordered from your flower shop at wesmall.
