“The order is good in general and my order is delivered sucessfully but there is something fishy. Well, shortly after I received notification that my order has been picked up, I actually received a scam message from a sender named TrackInfo that I need to pay $3 or else my order will be returned to sender. I believe your company outsource the delivery service right? I think it is too much of a coincidence that shortly after I received notification that order is picked up and then I receive a scam message to pay $3. So I suspect there is something fishy about the delivery service or their staff(s) and wanted to report to the police. I propose you all look into it too.”

“It was a good overall experience. However the mobile site has some issues. When I tired to add on items, Eg, balloons, the drop down menu showed no options. Then I tried to hold a chat conversation and that took very long to log on.”
