“Appreciate the prompt reply from your ms. Elaine from your PLQ outlet. It was a short notice, and required item to be delivered within the same day (est. 3 hours leadtime). I was just puzzled with a recent sms received today that item was delivered today which was actually done last friday.”

“Flowers were nice and delivery was speedy, but the sales staff that followed up on my order was rather patronizing. I didn't see any option for entering the STAYHOME5 promo code and when I asked the staff about it and whether I could still get the discount, she just said that the promo was already over. Subsequently, I clicked around the website again and saw that it was still valid. (Tip: You need to enter the code at the "View Cart" before "Check Out")”

“Thanks Xpressflower.com .. my mummy loves the flowers. However, she took a while to find/see the card with the personalised message. Also, the roses from your webpage seemed to be of bright-red, while the delivered roses are in darker red.”

“Everything was smooth and well. The cake slice which was initially ordered was not available. Only 1 flavor (cheese) was left. Thus, not left with much option. Thankful for informing prior to delivery.”

“Fast and fuss-free. If there is some offer going, would be good to have the discount applied directly to the order (for any particular category) for that period, rather than have to go through chat to get a code.”
